Responsibility
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for franchise crew members, ensuring alignment with company standards and brand values.
- Translate training materials, SOPs, and operational documents from Mandarin to Indonesian/English (and vice versa) with precision and cultural adaptability.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to franchise outlets to audit SOP compliance and provide hands-on coaching.
- Collaborate with the HR and operations teams to identify training needs and update programs accordingly.
- Create engaging training content, including manuals, videos, and presentations, tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Act as a liaison between headquarters and franchise teams to resolve operational or language-related challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, certifications, and crew progress.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training, HR, or a supervisory role within the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to design and facilitate effective training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with SOP development, quality control, and franchise operations is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel frequently to franchise locations across Bali.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
