Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent for various roles within the organization.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations to mitigate risks.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs in collaboration with finance and external vendors.
- Conduct training and development initiatives to upskill employees and support career growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or cold chain industries.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience in compliance management.
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
