Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of NHG’s group-wide talent management strategy, aligning with business objectives and healthcare industry trends.
  • Design and implement robust succession planning frameworks to ensure leadership continuity and bench strength across all levels.
  • Partner with senior executives to identify critical talent gaps and develop targeted interventions to address them.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of high-impact leadership development programs, including mentorship and coaching initiatives.
  • Drive the adoption of data-driven talent analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of talent programs.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to integrate talent management practices into broader HR processes, including performance management and workforce planning.
  • Champion a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring talent practices support a representative and engaged workforce.
  • Stay abreast of global best practices in talent management and healthcare HR, bringing innovative solutions to NHG.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior talent management or organizational development role, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent management strategies and succession planning frameworks.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align talent initiatives with organizational goals and financial performance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and advising senior leadership teams.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in HR metrics, workforce analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment, with a deep understanding of the Southeast Asian talent landscape.
