Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to identify system requirements and integrate HR technologies with existing business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR systems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Develop and maintain documentation for HR system processes, including user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor system performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights to support HR and business decisions.
- Train and support HR team members and employees on HR system functionalities and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging HR technologies and trends to recommend system improvements and innovations.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws) and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR systems management, HRIS administration, or a similar technical HR role.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR, or similar platforms).
- Strong technical skills, including experience with database management, API integrations, and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is advantageous.
