Responsibility

  • Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with corporate objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development in the manufacturing sector.
  • Oversee end-to-end compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage facilities and workplace services, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment across all sites.
  • Partner with operations leaders to forecast workforce needs, design succession plans, and execute talent development programs.
  • Drive HR analytics and reporting to provide data-driven insights on turnover, engagement, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations, industry standards, and company policies, mitigating legal and operational risks.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to cultivate an inclusive and high-performing workforce.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or manufacturing HR leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in talent management, compensation structuring, and employee relations in a multicultural setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, manufacturing industry regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in HRIS, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Experience managing facilities, workplace safety, and vendor relationships is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
