Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and improve hiring efficiency.
- Enhance employer branding through innovative campaigns, social media engagement, and community outreach.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and educational institutions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
