Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee performance management systems, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations and career development opportunities.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with market trends and company goals.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, mitigating risks and promoting ethical HR practices.
- Foster employee engagement through initiatives that enhance morale, productivity, and workplace satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR policies with business strategies and organizational growth.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create an inclusive and equitable workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and international HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and leverage data to make informed decisions.
