Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational values and legal requirements.

- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a mission-driven or nonprofit organization.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment standards, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
