Responsibility
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as contracts, offer letters, and compliance forms.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Assist in payroll preparation by verifying timesheets and attendance records.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and local labor laws to support policy development.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR practices is a plus.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous.
