Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and other key locations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting PT. INSPIRASI MAJU JAYA as an attractive workplace through social media, career fairs, and networking events.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to continuously improve processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure compliance and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent using creative and data-driven strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools.
- Experience with social media recruiting, employer branding, and candidate engagement techniques.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
