Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Enhance employer branding through compelling job descriptions and candidate engagement.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
- Assist in internal mobility programs and employee development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with social media recruitment and employer branding techniques.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
