Responsibility
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on HRIS platforms to employees and HR teams.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to customize and optimize HRIS features to meet organizational needs.
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials to facilitate self-service learning.
- Monitor HRIS usage and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and additional training needs.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance by conducting regular audits and validating HRIS inputs.
- Stay updated on HRIS trends and best practices to recommend enhancements and upgrades.
- Assist in the implementation of new HRIS modules or system updates, including user testing and rollout.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HRIS Trainer, HRIS Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, BambooHR, or similar).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address technical and user-related challenges.
- Familiarity with HR processes, data management, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HRIS or related fields is a plus.
