Responsibility
- Oversee and evaluate the performance of trainers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training programs.
- Develop, update, and implement training materials, curricula, and methodologies in alignment with company standards and business objectives.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with HR, operations, and other departments to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Mentor and coach trainers to enhance their instructional skills, subject-matter expertise, and classroom management.
- Conduct regular audits of training sessions to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Lead onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles with comprehensive training.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the training team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs in a corporate or contact center environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
- Familiarity with performance metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making in training contexts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing business needs.
