As a Field Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact training programs, ensuring team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. You will collaborate closely with regional managers to identify training needs, develop tailored solutions, and measure the effectiveness of your initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibility
- Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions for new hires and existing employees to ensure alignment with company standards and procedures.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and resources tailored to field operations and regional requirements.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback and recommendations for enhancement.
- Collaborate with regional managers and HR teams to design and implement training initiatives that support business goals.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to employees to reinforce learning and drive performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements during all training activities.
- Track and report training metrics, including participation rates, completion rates, and performance outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in training, field operations, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with trainees.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and learning management systems (LMS).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
