Responsibility
- Assist in the creation of multimedia training materials, including videos, animations, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with the HR and training teams to develop engaging content for employee onboarding and skill development.
- Edit and enhance existing training materials to improve clarity, visual appeal, and effectiveness.
- Support the design and implementation of interactive training programs using modern digital tools.
- Conduct research on best practices in corporate training and multimedia learning to propose innovative solutions.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine training content and delivery methods.
- Maintain and update training databases, ensuring all materials are current and accessible.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree in Multimedia, Communications, Education, HR, or a related field.
- Proficiency in multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Canva, or similar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, visual design, and adult learning principles.
- Basic knowledge of e-learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, Articulate 360) is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Portfolio or samples of previous multimedia or training-related work are highly encouraged.
