Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of retail staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching to enhance employee skills in sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Assess training needs through performance evaluations, feedback, and data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, to keep content relevant and effective.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics such as employee performance, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.
- Collaborate with store managers and HR to ensure training initiatives support business objectives and address specific team challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and sales techniques to continuously refine and enhance training content.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages team engagement, confidence, and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail training, sales training, or a similar role within the beauty, skincare, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that improve team performance and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness using data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with e-learning platforms or LMS is a plus.
- Passion for the beauty and skincare industry with a deep understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.
