Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Assess training requirements through surveys, interviews, and consultations with department heads.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse groups.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
- Create training materials, including manuals, guides, and digital resources.
- Collaborate with HR to align training initiatives with company goals and compliance standards.
- Mentor and coach new hires and existing employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Track and report on training metrics, such as participation rates and knowledge retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in training, employee development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS).
- Certification in training or HR (e.g., ATD, SHRM) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
