Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across Baliâs key business districts (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions that align with company goals.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including skills evaluations, cultural fit interviews, and reference checks.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure compliance and innovation.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners to enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles across diverse industries and job levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media for recruitment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are advantageous.
