Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for retail and corporate roles.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate general affairs, including office administration, vendor contracts, and facility management.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives (e.g., training, wellness programs, team-building activities).
- Ensure legal compliance for HR documentation, work permits, and health/safety regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements for workforce productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in retail, FMCG, or a fast-paced industry.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor law, payroll systems, and recruitment for mid-to-large teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for animal welfare or the pet industry is a plus.
