Responsibility
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Serve as the primary liaison between management and union representatives to address labor-related concerns.
- Conduct investigations into employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Design and deliver training programs on labor laws, workplace policies, and conflict resolution techniques.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor regulations and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Analyze workplace trends and provide recommendations to improve employee relations and reduce turnover.
- Prepare reports and presentations on employee relations metrics for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations, preferably in a unionized environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution, mediation, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees and management.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in HR or labor relations (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
