Responsibility
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
- Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees and management.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.
- Maintain and update HR databases and documentation.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR support roles, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
