Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare regulations.
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
