Responsibility
- Source, screen, and match candidates with client job requirements using modern recruitment tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and present qualified professionals to hiring managers.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the placement process from start to finish.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly placement targets to maximize earnings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Leverage CRM systems to track candidate pipelines and client interactions efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven sales, customer service, or recruitment experience is a plus but not requiredâwe train!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a bonus).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (training provided).
