Responsibility
- Develop, review, and implement industrial relations policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between management and employees to address grievances, disputes, and workplace concerns.
- Conduct regular audits of HR policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Facilitate negotiations between employees and management to resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Organize and conduct training sessions on industrial relations, employee rights, and workplace harmony.
- Monitor and analyze workplace trends to proactively address potential issues and maintain a positive work culture.
- Prepare and present reports on industrial relations activities, including dispute resolutions and policy updates.
- Collaborate with legal and HR teams to ensure all labor-related practices are compliant with regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial relations, employee relations, or a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and industrial relations best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops on HR-related topics.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for policy management and reporting.
- Certification in HR or Industrial Relations (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
