Responsibility
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and develop tailored HR strategies that support growth and operational excellence.
- Talent Management: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to ensure the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent.
- Performance & Development: Design and implement performance management systems, including goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, and career development programs.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and engagement through surveys, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Assess and optimize organizational structures, workflows, and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Change Management: Lead and support organizational changes, including restructuring, mergers, or cultural transformations, ensuring smooth transitions.
- HR Compliance: Ensure all HR practices adhere to local labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR analytics to identify trends, measure the impact of HR programs, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in financial services, consulting, or a fast-paced corporate environment is highly desirable.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically, analyze business needs, and develop HR solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
- HR Expertise: Deep understanding of HR best practices, including talent management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges.
- Cultural Agility: Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments with a global mindset.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
