Responsibility
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of the organization.

- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using various methods (e.g., workshops, e-learning, on-the-job training).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training initiatives align with business goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Manage training budgets and resources efficiently.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training content.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is a plus.
