Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance procedures, and performance management.
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs, liaising with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Organize and facilitate company events and initiatives to boost employee engagement and morale.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including report generation, documentation, and compliance audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Proficient in HR software and tools, including payroll systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
