Responsibility
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Manage and maintain HR records, employee databases, and compliance documentation in accordance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking participation, and gathering feedback.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, surveys, and recognition programs.
- Handle payroll administration and benefits coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Develop and distribute internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and digital media content.
- Assist in resolving employee inquiries and concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Contribute to HR policy development and implementation to enhance workplace efficiency and culture.
Qualifications
- A Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
