Responsibility
- Identify, engage, and recruit prospective students for partner universities and educational institutions.
- Conduct informative sessions, webinars, and one-on-one consultations to guide students through their academic options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content and campaigns that attract and retain students.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, student inquiries, and conversion rates to optimize strategies.
- Represent Radii Global at education fairs, exhibitions, and networking events in Bali and beyond.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends, university programs, and scholarship opportunities to offer the best advice to students.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in student recruitment, education consulting, or sales within the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities, with experience conducting workshops or webinars.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms to engage with students.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students achieve their academic goals.
