As an L&D Intern, you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to develop engaging learning materials, assist in training sessions, and contribute to projects that enhance employee and organizational growth. Responsibility
- Assist in designing and developing training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Support the creation of learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital content.
- Coordinate training logistics, such as scheduling, venue setup, and participant communications.
- Conduct research on best practices in learning and development to enhance program effectiveness.
- Assist in evaluating training outcomes through feedback collection and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and gaps.
- Help maintain and update the company’s learning management system (LMS).
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve L&D initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning and development, training, or organizational development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiar with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Moodle, or similar).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Creative thinker with a passion for designing engaging learning experiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferable: Prior experience in training, teaching, or content development (academic or volunteer work counts!).
