Responsibility
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, and networking to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top candidates aligned with role requirements and company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, criteria, and recruitment strategies for project-based roles.
- Manage candidate communications, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to organize candidate data and streamline workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive hiring practices to inform strategy.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Teleperformanceâs reputation as a top employer in Bali and beyond.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role (agency or in-house).
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with ATS software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid setting is a plus.
