Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new hires and departing employees.
- Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, such as training programs and performance reviews.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive HR information.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR support or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or legal environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance is a plus.
