Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Administer work permits and visas for expatriate employees, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted on time.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including employee files, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that attract top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, leave policies, and conflict resolution.
  • Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant in all HR practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll, recruitment, and work permit administration.
  • Proven track record in managing HR operations for multinational companies (MNCs) or diverse workforces.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and familiarity with expatriate work permit processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
