Responsibility
- Lead and execute end-to-end HR strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs tailored to Baliās diverse talent pool.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and career growth.
- Design and oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, including payroll, benefits, and workplace regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, particularly in Baliās competitive hospitality, tech, and creative industries.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with a focus on fairness and transparency.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction) and provide data-driven insights to improve HR practices.
- Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement in dynamic environments.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices, with experience in Baliās local market preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data-driven HR decision-making.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to Baliās unique business landscape.
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus but not required.
