Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, attendance, and leave balances.
- Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, leave requests, and other relevant data.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and internal communications.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
