Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Lead training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational restructuring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Experience with HRIS and recruitment tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
