Responsibility
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead talent acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks and promoting a fair workplace.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet current and future business needs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training and development programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR processes and business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
