Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize and coordinate HR events, such as orientation programs and team-building activities.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, including contracts, offer letters, and policies.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support continuous improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field is an advantage.
