Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits, leave policies, and compensation packages in compliance with local labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with finance teams for timely salary disbursement.
- Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and company events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in IT or service-based industries.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work on a shifting schedule and adapt to changing business needs.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
