Responsibility
- Conduct regular audits of HR policies, procedures, and employee records to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
- Monitor and implement updates to HR policies in response to changes in legislation or company requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and HR teams to address compliance gaps and develop corrective action plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection standards are met.
- Provide training and guidance to HR staff and managers on compliance-related topics, including anti-discrimination, harassment, and workplace safety.
- Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in HR compliance to continuously improve organizational processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR compliance, labor relations, or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, as well as international HR standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and apply them to HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Certification in HR compliance (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compliance management software.
