Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation packages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to provide insights on workforce trends and improvement areas.
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and wellness programs to boost morale and engagement.
- Maintain HR records, databases, and documentation with confidentiality and precision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
