Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and skills evaluations to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Coordinate and conduct end-to-end interview processes, including scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback collection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, role expectations, and selection criteria.
- Leverage data analytics and reporting to track recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs using proactive sourcing techniques.
- Enhance employer branding by promoting company culture and values through job postings, social media, and networking events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
