Responsibility
- Lead and Supervise: Oversee the daily operations of the talent development team, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
- Program Development: Design and implement training programs, workshops, and leadership initiatives tailored to employee growth.
- Performance Coaching: Provide one-on-one mentoring and feedback to employees to enhance skills and career progression.
- Needs Assessment: Identify skill gaps and development opportunities through regular evaluations and surveys.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads to align talent development strategies with business goals.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of training programs, presenting insights to senior management.
- Onboarding Enhancement: Refine and execute onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly.
- Culture Building: Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture that values learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in talent development, training, or HR management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate, guide, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Training Expertise: Experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs (e.g., leadership, soft skills, technical upskilling).
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using data to measure program success and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- HR Tools: Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems), HRIS, or other talent development software.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a multicultural setting and adjust strategies to meet evolving business needs.
