Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and performance management with fairness and discretion.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and legal compliance.
- Coordinate General Affairs operations, including office administration, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
- Conduct training and development programs to upskill employees and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure workforce planning and budgeting align with company objectives and growth strategies.
- Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with data privacy and labor laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior HR or HRGA Generalist role, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and recruitment strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Experience working in Bali or a similar international business environment is highly desirable.
