Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and international standards.
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices, employment contracts, and workplace policies to mitigate legal risks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters with fairness and confidentiality.
- Design and deliver training programs on compliance, workplace ethics, and employee rights for staff and management.
- Collaborate with legal teams to investigate workplace incidents, harassment claims, or policy violations, ensuring thorough documentation and resolution.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure adherence to contractual and legal obligations.
- Advise leadership on best practices for fostering a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
- Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and proactively adjust company policies to maintain compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A masterâs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR compliance, employee relations, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or tech-driven environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and familiarity with international employment standards.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal requirements and apply them practically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous).
- Experience in conducting HR audits, investigations, and policy development.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
