Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent management strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and career development programs.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps, forecast hiring needs, and develop workforce planning initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Oversee the administration of HR systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and culture-building activities to enhance retention and productivity.
- Manage cross-departmental projects to streamline HR operations, improve efficiency, and foster a cohesive organizational culture.
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on leadership development, soft skills, and technical competencies for employees at all levels.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for talent-related decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent-related matters, including organizational design, change management, and employee relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, HR business partnership, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data analytics tools to drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Ability to work in a hybrid/remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation, adaptability, and strong time management skills.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
