Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for UK-based roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably with UK recruitment expertise.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work during UK business hours and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
