As the HRGA Manager, you will oversee end-to-end human resource operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and local labor laws.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for various departments.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Coordinate general affairs functions, including office administration, facility management, and vendor negotiations.
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met in accordance with local and international guidelines.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor law, payroll systems, and HR compliance.
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, with experience hiring for diverse roles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience managing general affairs, office administration, or facility operations is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
