Responsibility
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Mentor and coach trainers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Prepare and manage training budgets, resources, and schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
- Ability to analyze training data and provide actionable insights.
- Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
