Responsibility
- Develop and deliver engaging, practical lessons in facility services, including maintenance, safety protocols, and operational best practices.
- Mentor students with diverse learning needs, adapting teaching methods to ensure inclusive and effective education.
- Design and implement hands-on training programs that align with industry standards and school curriculum goals.
- Assess student progress through projects, demonstrations, and evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with school staff and administrators to integrate facility services education into broader academic and vocational pathways.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and resource-rich learning environment for practical sessions.
- Organize workshops, field trips, or guest lectures to expose students to real-world facility management scenarios.
- Document and report on student achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Facility Management, Vocational Training, or a related field. Teaching certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching, training, or facility services, preferably in an educational or mentorship setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students with varied learning styles and needs.
- Familiarity with facility operations, maintenance, or safety standards (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical basics).
- Passion for holistic education and the ability to integrate character-building into technical instruction.
- Experience working with diverse or special-needs populations is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
